I have just completed week 1 of the Daniel Plan – 40 Days to a Healthier Life through Faith, Food, Fitness, Focus & Friends.
The main theme of the week and what I have learnt is, “If you fail to plan, you plan to fail.” Being deliberate about anything in your life is the key. If you rely on your default routines and habits, you will not be able to make any changes in your life. Be deliberate about designing your destiny.
It was a slow beginning as I have finally managed to put a plan together on Day 1.
