AB REHAB for Mum

Shaking post baby fat is not easy.  My go to excuse is I had “two big babies (4.3kg and 3.6kg) and two c-sections”.  My belly is still pretty floppy five months post birth.  I started Pilates, I swim and walk, but the best thing is to do is a quick daily workout.
No excuses, you can do this in the living room with your normal clothes on!  Let go girls, warm up your abs this winter, so you can be fit before summer.  If I can do it, you can do it! xx  Ps. The Starfish and Penguin are actually pretty easy and fun to do! 🙂
