We finally got ourselves organised and drove to Nature Play at Bibra Lake this morning. Less than 15 minutes from East Fremantle towards Cockburn you will find the impressive butterfly gates opening up to this new 7,000m² play heaven. It really is beyond any other playground we have ever been. A total of $3.4 million was spent on landscaping and top of the range play equipment, and it shows. There is a double flying fox, swings, supernova, an assault course, tree-top aerial rope walk, in-ground trampolines, sandpit, water play, pole maze, balance beams, and giant turtle splash pad and much more. I am surprised we don’t have to pay an entry fee to get in!
The area is fully fenced, there is lots of parking, plenty of shade, tables and seating and a BBQ area. Even the toilets are beautiful 🙂 I would say the playground is perfect for kids between 2 and 8+ but my one year old had a good time in the baby swing and playing with the turtles and turtle eggs. The only downside I can think of is I couldn’t find a coffee place at walking distance, so it would be good to get your caffeine fix on the way there!
Address: Bibra Lake Regional Playground is located on Progress Drive, Bibra Lake. Adventure World is around the corner.
